What’s in the Bag: Tim Clark
Tim Clark played on two President Cup teams and is among the world's top 50 golfers. In 2007, he's earned $2.6 million on Tour and what's the most interesting is his 5 wood of choice. He also thinks that amateurs should use hybrids instead of long irons. He has a 3 and 4 hybrid to replace his respective irons, and he believes that all amateurs should do the same.
He isn't a terribly long hitter, with his driver going about 280 yards and his 5 iron going about 175 yards (very achievable for us). However, his putting stat is amazing because he was 13th on the PGA Tour in 2008 with only 1.751 puts per green.
Here is what's in Tim Clark's bag.
