What’s in the Bag of Vijay Singh - Winner of the 2008 Deutsche Bank Championship

The Deutsche Bank Championship this year saw some really low scores! Vijay Singh at 45 years old won the tournament and a crazy 21-under par.
Every day saw a different leader as basically whoever made a killer low score was leading by the end of that particular day. Vijay was hanging around with a few strokes back but it wasn't even close on the last day as he shot a 8 under 63 to win by 5.
It was a weird day because other than Vijay Singh, the best score from the last 5 pairings was 1-under par. It's as if Vijay was just on another planet but it was an amazing display of golf by the 45 year old.
I'm just bummed that Mike Weir didn't win because he is now 1-9 when he at least shares the 54 hole lead. He didn't play that bad actually, but Vijay was just better. Hopefully Mr. Canada will have better luck next time!
On the Fedex Cup playoff front, I don't think it's all that exciting anymore. They are saying that Vijay might win even if he misses the cut on the final two championship as long as Mike Weir and Sergio Garcia doesn't win one of the two tournaments. Hopefully they will keep improving the playoff point scoring system and eventually get it just right.
