This is US Open Weekend and It is The Best Time to Play Golf in OC
This weekend is going to be one of the best weekends to play golf in orange county because the US Open is being played at Torrey Pines in San Diego! I already saw more cars than normal going down the 405 and 5 south yesterday after work and suspect more tomorrow. With 55,000 people are expected to be at the golf course and even more glued to their TV, it will mean that there are less people on the golf course!
Now that I think about it, I wonder if everyone will try to play Saturday so they can stay home or be in San Diego on Sunday. No matter. I'm going to play on Sunday!
I'm already excited because I will have no one slowly me down in front of me. I can also just play with my wife in a twosome! Maybe I can even play a couple practice balls and test out different shots on the holes. I wonder if I can get extra deep discounts because of the light traffic?
Oh I almost forgot that this Sunday is also father's day. Maybe there will be some people playing after all. On to a Saturday tee time then but my theory still applies - This weekend is one of the best weekends to play golf in Orange County!

I think you are right but I’m definitely staying home to watch TV on Sunday. I’m going to be over at my son’s house for a barbecue so TV will be good around dinner time!
Yes, its better to get out and exercise a little bit than sit at home in front of the tv.

James: Sitting at home all day is definitely not good. Enjoying a nice walk is one of the great things about golf. This is especially true in Orange County because it is so beautiful out here.
